Terms & Conditions – TechRoid User Agreement

This TechRoid User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (the “User”) and TechRoid (referred to as “we,” “us,” “our” or “TR”). By accessing, browsing, registering, or using our services or website (the “Site”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • Your use of the TechRoid Site indicates that you accept this Agreement.
  • TechRoid reserves the right to update or modify these terms at its sole discretion.
  • Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of updated terms.

2. Use of Services and Accounts

2.1 Use of Services

  • Account Creation: Some services may require a TechRoid account. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.
  • Content Policy: Users may not post harmful, unlawful, misleading, or discriminatory content. Any violations may result in suspension or termination of the account.
  • Intellectual Property: TechRoid retains all ownership rights over content, services, trademarks, and software. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the services without written permission.

2.2 Account Usage

  • Password Security: Users are responsible for keeping their accounts secure and must notify TechRoid immediately of unauthorised use.
  • Account Suspension: TechRoid reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts for violations of this Agreement or policies.
  • Prohibited Activities: Users must not post spam, malware, or harass other users. Misusing the account will lead to termination.

3. Purchases and Refunds

  • Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, no address changes are allowed. Users must cancel the order and reorder with the correct details.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are only processed when valid video proof of damage or missing items during unboxing is provided.
  • Without video evidence, TechRoid is not liable for refunds or replacements.
  • Pricing Updates: TechRoid reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice.

4. Disclaimers and Warranties

  • Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of accuracy, performance, or reliability.
  • TechRoid is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, network failures, or force majeure events.
  • TechRoid disclaims responsibility for third-party content available on the Site.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • TechRoid is not responsible for indirect, special, or punitive damages, including data loss or revenue loss.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the specific service in dispute.

6. Indemnity

  • Users agree to indemnify TechRoid and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of services or breach of these terms.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. 
  • Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Pakistani courts, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.

8. Force Majeure

  • TechRoid is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

9. Miscellaneous Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: This Agreement, along with referenced policies, forms the entire understanding between the User and TechRoid.
  • Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will still apply.
  • Assignment: Users may not transfer their rights without prior consent.

Claim Proof Policy

  • Users must record a video during the unboxing of packages.
  • Only claims with video proof will be accepted for refunds or replacements.
