Shipping Locations:

We deliver to all locations across Pakistan.

Delivery Times:

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday (09:00 – 19:00)
  • No Deliveries: Sundays and public holidays 

Order Delivery Time:

  • Your order will be delivered within 2-5 business days (may vary during sale days).
  • TechRoid is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, incorrect address, recipient unavailability). In such cases, we will do our best to notify customers with updated delivery information.

Identification and Proof of Delivery:

  • Prepaid Orders: Requires identification and signature upon delivery.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Identification is not required, but a signature will still be necessary for confirmation of receipt.

Package Inspection and Unboxing Guidelines:

  • All packages are sealed before shipping.
  • Please check the package’s condition upon receipt. If there are signs of damage or tampering, do not accept the delivery and return it to the courier for a replacement.
  • Unboxing Video Proof Required:
  • Make a video while unboxing the product to be eligible for a refund or replacement in case of damaged or missing items.
  • Without video proof, or if the video is made after unboxing, refunds or replacements will not be provided.

Refund and Replacement Policy:

  • If the product is damaged or incomplete, contact TechRoid Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video proof.
  • Refunds will only be processed if the correct video evidence is provided at the time of unboxing.

Address Modification:

  • Orders cannot be modified once placed. If the address is incorrect, cancel the order and place a new one with the correct information.
  • If payment has already been made, it will be refunded according to our refund policy.

Misdelivered Package:

  • If your package was delivered to the wrong person, please contact TechRoid customer service or our delivery partners for assistance.

No. An unboxing video must be made while opening the package. Without this, refunds or replacements will not be granted.
