Refund Policy – TechRoid

At TechRoid, we aim to provide an excellent shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent refund policy to address your concerns. Please read through the policy to understand the conditions under which refunds are processed. 

Eligibility for Refunds

1. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • Refunds are available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or with missing components.
  • Unboxing video proof must be provided at the time of claim submission. Without video proof, refunds or replacements cannot be processed. 

2. Product Unavailability:

  • If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will either offer a refund or provide an alternative product at your discretion.

3. Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, refunds will follow the return process outlined below. 

4. Incorrect or Wrong Orders:

  • If you receive the wrong product, contact TechRoid Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery with the necessary evidence. 

Non-Refundable Situations

1. Products without unboxing video proof:

  • Refunds or replacements will not be processed if the unboxing video was not recorded or submitted. 

2. Late Refund Requests:

  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests beyond this window will not be accepted. 

3. Used or Tampered Products:

  • Products that show signs of use, tampering, or damage caused by the user are not eligible for refunds. 

Refund Process

1. Submit a Refund Request:

  • Contact TechRoid Customer Service through email at info@techroid.com or call within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Attach the unboxing video showing the damage or issue.

2. Review and Approval:

  • Once the request is received, we will review the video evidence and notify you of the refund approval or rejection within 5-7 business days.  

3. Refund Payment Methods:

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used (bank transfer, credit/debit card) within 7-10 business days.
  • For cash-on-delivery orders, a bank transfer will be arranged after confirmation of bank details.

4. Order Cancellation Refunds:

  • If you cancel an order before shipment, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. 

Exchanges and Replacements

  • If you prefer a replacement for a defective product instead of a refund, the replacement will be shipped after approval of the refund claim.
  • Replacement requests must also be submitted with the unboxing video proof.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders.

What happens if I receive the wrong product?

Contact Customer Service within 24 hours and provide evidence. We will arrange a refund or replacement accordingly. 

Can I cancel an order and get a refund?

Yes, you can cancel your order before shipment. If the order has been shipped, the return process must be followed.
